|One on One Training
I believe in one-on-one training sessions because I am dedicated to designing individual workout programs based on a clients fitness assessment, personal needs and goals. I am very particular about form and technique so I prefer to give new clients my full undivided attention. I will clients achieve results through challenging and constantly varied workouts and track the progress along the way.
- 2 sessions a week or less $85 per session
- 3 sessions a week or more $75 per session
Partner Training and Half Hour Sessions
Encourage a friend or recruit a co-worker, or family member to join you in your fitness transformation. Having a workout partner has proven to help maintain consistency and accountability. The price per session is also much more economical for each individual.
I also offer 30-minute sessions. I’m often asked, “Can you really do much in 30 minutes?” Yes! Clients are to arrive 15 minutes prior to session for warm up, 30 minutes of intense one on one weight training, followed by 30 minutes of independent cardio makes for a great workout.

Group or Boot Camp Style Training
My small group personal training sessions have sparked major interest around the community, and for good reason! Bring your own group of friends or join one! These small group sessions (3 or more people per session) offer all the great benefits of one-on-one personal training, with even more energy, support and motivation from your training partners.
- 2 sessions a week or less $45 per session
- 3 sessions a week or more $35 per session
Training is sold on a first come first serve basis, subject to availability and is conducted in a training facility. For in home/office training, fitness getaways, corporate seminars, and small group speaking engagements please contact me.
