2. Fill out the assessment profile, take your “before” photos from front, back, and both sides. Tell me about your goals, your fitness history, and include pictures of anyone whose body you admire (optional).
3. I’ll go through your profile, photos and goals and create a program just for you including a workout regimen, nutrition and supplement recommendations based on what you told me in your profile and step by step instructions to get you from “before” to “after.”
4. Schedule biweekly email updates and phone appointments to check progress and update your program.
